This will be a separate additional services item in the Fee Schedule. Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) paving layout and jointing design and drawings.

Site grading and storm drainage design and drawings. Site storm water detention analysis and design as required by City of Memphis code – see items 9 and 10 on page 2 of this proposal. Utility (domestic water and site fire protection) design and drawings. Sanitary sewer design and drawing – see item 3 on page 2 of this proposal. Erosion control design and drawings. Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP.) and Notice of Intent (NOI.) submittal preparation (submittal fee to be paid by Owner).
